About Me
Trim Healthy Master Coach
I’m a Trim Healthy coach of three years, as well as a wife, mom, and elementary music teacher of 20+ years. I believe women don’t have to accept feeling tired, weak, or uncomfortable in their own bodies—I’m passionate about helping them build strength, energy, and confidence that lasts.
Trim Healthy offers a sustainable way to fuel your body, lose excess weight, maintain strength, and feel energized without restriction or guilt. This is the path I guide women through—a personalized, practical approach to health that actually works for how they’re wired.
Through my C.O.R.E. Coaching method, I take into account how each woman naturally responds to expectations and how she learns best, so we can build a plan that fits her life—not just in theory, but in practice.
Between teaching, raising my daughter, and keeping up with daily life, I understand what it means to juggle a full schedule. My coaching approach is flexible, encouraging, and real-life tested—because Trim Healthy should support your life, not compete with it. I’m here to help you stop spinning your wheels and finally build a plan that sticks.
I married my husband, Dave, in June 2009. I could never keep all the plates spinning without his love and support. We’re raising our adventurous, outdoors-loving daughter, Angie, alongside Willow, our spirited Airedale Terrier. Life around here is usually a mix of hiking trails, busy calendars, laughter, and plenty of activity, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I serve as an Elder at my church and as President of the Friends of Delmont Library, combining my love of people, service, and community connection with a healthy appreciation for meaningful work and full days. Whether I’m leading, teaching, coaching, or simply cheering others on, I’m passionate about helping people grow stronger for the life they actually live.
